Utility locating and SUE, GPR, private locating, mapping, directional drilling, trenching, conduit, fiber and cable placement, rock saw work, restoration coordination, and related underground scopes.
Design, Permitting & PMO
Fielding, OSP design support, route development, permitting, utility coordination, project controls, reporting, and program management.
Telecom, Electrical & EV
Telecommunications remains a core strength. Bluewater also supports electrical construction, EV charging, and related infrastructure programs.
