From concept development through startup and turnover, Bluewater’s full-service Turnkey Solutions team provides clients with engineering-led design/build solutions that incorporate engineering, equipment procurement, installation, construction and commissioning.

Our process is vendor-neutral. This lack of bias means we’re free to act in your best interests alone, procuring the right equipment and construction services for the job while providing clients with the flexibility to choose preferred vendors, equipment and contractors. Owners may procure equipment themselves or ask Bluewater to procure what’s necessary. Unless a single-source approach is critical to the success of the project, we will solicit competitive proposals for equipment and construction and evaluate these proposals with you.
